Donald Wilson is the managing partner at Atticus Legal.

Donald holistically assesses family law problems before giving clear, to-the-point legal advice that addresses the root of the problem. Donald strives to identify all of the information and risks, good and bad, that you need to know before making a decision in your family matter.

Donald joined Atticus Legal in 2016 as an associate lawyer, before becoming partner in 2019. Don is staunch advocate for fair and just results for his clients. His advocacy can be found in reported decisions on important matters such as imputed income from illicit sources, relocation, and the court’s territorial jurisdiction in cases of spouses fleeing abusive relationships.
